  12. I have an internal Intel 14.4 modem installed in a 286 system.

  14. I installed the DOS software for AOL.
  15.  
  16. Sometimes I can access AOL quite well.
  17.  
  18. Other times, it dials, handshakes, negoiates, gives my password and
  19. then hangs there!
  20.  
  21. Any ideas? I am using AT&F1 string.
